Terms and Conditions

– To confirm an event with Venegas Sports Solutions LLC of the cost for your event must be pay in advance.
– Any cancelation must be notified to Venegas Sports Solutions at least 15 days before the event due date. If the cancelation is not 15 days before, the payment won’t be refundable.
– If the event is canceled by the client due to your circumstances or during the cancelation policy, Venegas Sports Solutions LLC will keep 30% of the cost.
– The refundable 70% will be transferred to the client bank account in between 5-7 business days, after the client requested the cancelation is due to the cancelation policy.
– The client is responsible for any accidents that caused by any circumstances during the events.
– The client is responsible for any damage caused by any participants in the facilities.
– Venegas Sports Solutions has a photography-video staff which will be taking pictures and recording videos during the event, all the material will be use for our own publicity.
– The client must be notified to Venegas Sports Solutions the decibels level for the music during the event.
– By accessing our website of https://www.venegassportssolutions.com, you are accepting these terms and policies of our service, all applicable laws and regulations, and to proof that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree or have any complains with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
– The materials on Venegas Sports Solutions LLC’s website are provided on our conditions. Venegas Sports Solutions LLC makes no guarantees, and hereby refuse to
accept and avoid all other guarantees including, without limitation, implied guarantees or conditions of merchantability, or any particular purpose, or non-violation of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

By participating in Japan Glow On Events, attendees acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

　

1. Assumption of Risk – Participation in this event is voluntary, and participants understand that activities may involve risks of accidents or injuries. By attending, you assume all risks associated with participation.

　

2. Personal Responsibility – Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being. The event organizers, sponsors, and venue owners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that may occur before, during, or after the event.

　

3. Liability Waiver – Japan Glow On Events, its organizers, staff, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, bodily harm, property damage, or theft.

　

4. Personal Belongings – Attendees are responsible for their own personal items. The event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. It is recommended that valuables are kept safe at all times.

　

5. Medical Emergencies – In the case of a medical emergency, event staff will assist in seeking medical treatment, however any medical expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.
